Stitcher Paradise 2017 had a very welcome guest, Mrs. Bobbins! Mrs. Bobbins traveled to Tampa from the city of Vaughan, just north of Toronto, Canada. Needing a getaway, Mrs. Bobbins was looking for a wonderful weekend to be inspired!
Upon arrival at the Grand Hyatt of Tampa Bay, Mrs. Bobbins was given a tour. She does love riding in golf carts and hopes to convince her husband into getting her one soon. She was very impressed with the grounds and found our location to be just lovely! She found the sky deck a wonderful view of over looking the bay, inspiring her color choices for future quilt projects. From the view, she wanted to take a closer look at the water and took a walk along the boardwalk nature trail.
After her walk, Mrs.Bobbins decided it was time to shop in the Stitcher Paradise marketplace! However, she didn't get far before some fans wanted to take a picture with her.
After being in the spotlight, Mrs. Bobbins was able to pick up some great deals on the newest fabric bundles and found some fabric she just fell in love with! She was eager to attend her evening lecture but first needed to drop off her packages in her room. She wondered if the hotel staff would question the amount of quilts she brought to put on the bed. Mrs. Bobbins loves color and wanted to be sure to brighten her room with quilts!
Mrs. Bobbins left us with great admiration! She thoroughly enjoyed her time at Stitcher Paradise, shopping in our marketplace, learning in our workshops, and being inspired from the evening lectures. We hope Mrs. Bobbins joins us again next year, for Stitcher Paradise 2018!
